Today, that same approach continues under the ownership of Mariana Galinec and Steve Baker, who remain closely involved in upholding the standards and values families rely on. They are committed to preserving what has always made Simple Goodbyes different: a transparent, straightforward and dignified alternative that places the needs of families first.
Some families want a few extra elements. If you do, the costs below are fixed and explained before anything is confirmed.
We will guide you through selecting the funeral fees and inclusions, coffin, flowers and any additional services, and confirm the date and arrangements. Once these decisions are finalised, you will receive an invoice for the total cost. Payment can be made by bank transfer, credit or debit card, cash in person, or bank cheque.
Full payment for the selected package and any additional services is required the day before the funeral or cremation is conducted. This keeps pricing clear and avoids unexpected accounts or follow-up invoices later.
We do not offer prepaid funeral plans.
