Emma and Garth from Simple Goodbyes have assisted with both my father and grandfathers funerals. Arranging collections were so easy and so kind given they’d just passed. The services were just beautiful, so easy to organise, extremely well priced and no hidden fees, and I was able to contact them anytime I needed. Emma kindly led us through the whole process and informed us of what was happening every step of the way. Our family member passed in Canberra hospital but we were from outside of Canberra so we had to quickly find someone we didn’t know and put our trust in them. We are so grateful for the support Emma gave us. Everything happened on the day and times that she said. No hold ups. Respectful and kind. Emma was wonderful. Unfortunately my in laws passed away within 6 months of each other and each had different wishes. Emma handled each situation with care, kindness and professionalism. Her communication skills were outstanding and we were able to give our loved ones the farewell they wanted.
